Salad
- 16 ounces mini seedless cucumbers
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 4 ounces bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (adjust to taste)
Breadcrumb Topping

- 1/4 teaspoon panko breadcrumbs
