  • ½¾ cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pumpkin Sweet Cream: In a jar or mixing container, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup or vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract if using. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  2. Froth the Mixture: Using a milk frother, blend the pumpkin sweet cream ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and velvety. If the cream is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk to reach a thick but pourable consistency.
  3. Assemble the Latte: Place a handful of ice into your serving glass. Pour the chai tea concentrate over the ice. Slowly add ½ to ¾ cup of oat milk or your preferred milk over the chai tea concentrate. Stir gently to combine the layers.
  4. Top with Pumpkin Sweet Cream: Carefully spoon or pour the frothed pumpkin sweet cream over the top of the chai tea latte, allowing it to float on the surface.
